Welcome to Nulltography, your trusted partner for professional real estate photography and media services. By placing an order with our company, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service:
Services Provided: Nulltography offers a range of real estate photography and media services, including but not limited to high-quality photography, virtual tours, aerial photography, 3D virtual walkthroughs, and floor plans. All services are intended for marketing and promotional purposes in the real estate industry.
Ordering and Payment: By placing an order with Nulltography, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected services. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions for aerial photography, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
Property Readiness: To ensure the best possible results, it is the responsibility of the client (realtor/homeowner) to prepare the property adequately before our team's arrival. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, decluttering, staging, and ensuring all utilities are available for use during the appointment.
Copyright and Usage: The copyright of all images, videos, virtual tours, and other media content created by Nulltography remains the property of Nulltography. However, upon receipt of payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for the sole purpose of marketing the property in connection with a real estate listing. The client may not sell, license, or transfer the media to third parties without prior written consent from Nulltography.
Quality Assurance: Nulltography strives to provide high-quality services. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the delivered media, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the content, and we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or, if necessary, schedule a reshoot at no additional cost.
Liability and Indemnification: Nulltography shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services or media, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Nulltography, its employees, agents, and contractors harmless against any claims, demands, or actions arising out of the use of our services or media.
Confidentiality: Nulltography will treat all client information and details about the property with strict confidentiality and will not disclose such information to any third parties without the client's consent.
Changes to Terms of Service: Nulltography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms of Service will be available on our website.
